Just to let you know i think it only works in psych engine 6.3 because i tried in 7.0 and 7.1 and it did not work

Install instructions
After Installing the File Extract It and then put it in the folder labeled mods in psych engine (if you don't have psych engine go here https://github.com/ShadowMario/FNF-PsychEngine/releases and download the 6.3 version Because it works only in that version i think)

Mod works, just make sure you are actually using 6.3. I appreciate the port, the OG mod is really hard to find. Any other NSFW mod out there is either abandoned or forgotten
